The Challenge

Noetic Creative is a performance marketing agency specializing in lead generation through landing pages and paid ads. When I joined the team, the website lacked structure, personality, and strategic value. It didn’t reflect the agency’s evolving services or help convert prospects.

The goal was to reposition Noetic with a refreshed brand identity and a high-converting site focused on team credibility, services, and real client results — turning it into a tool the founder could confidently use to win new business.

My Role

I collaborated with the in-house copywriter to build the brand strategy, then led the creative direction, wireframing, UI design, and implementation in Elementor.

📌 Scope of work:

  • Brand positioning strategy

  • Competitor and audience research

  • Moodboard creation

  • Full UI/UX design

  • Elementor development with dev support

Creative Direction & Visual Identity

We evolved the brand without losing its core. I refreshed the color palette, introduced new typography, polished the logo, and developed a more modern, tech-forward feel — while maintaining the agency’s bold and energetic tone.

The new design introduced a clear services overview, team section, and detailed case studies. Layouts were structured to guide users, highlight past work, and drive conversions.

Results & Takeaways

The new website launched in February 2023 after six months of design, iteration, and implementation. While performance metrics weren’t formally tracked, the redesign elevated Noetic’s visual identity and became a key asset in client pitches.

The process taught me valuable lessons in setting boundaries, managing unclear expectations, and navigating shifting feedback — and it ultimately deepened my passion for web design. I also extended the new visual system across the agency’s pitch decks and marketing materials.
