OFEK Learning Hub
Ongoing creative support for OFEK Learning Hub, including email campaigns, web design, ad assets, and brand guidelines to help them connect Jewish-American communities with their roots through cultural and language education.
The Challenge
OFEK Learning Hub is an online platform that connects Jewish-Americans and Israeli-Americans to their cultural roots through online classes in Hebrew language, history, and culture. I joined the team to support ongoing marketing efforts, and over time my role expanded into building a more cohesive, professional, and consistent brand experience. I inherited a very basic brand foundation, which I helped evolve through the creation of brand guidelines, custom icons, supporting patterns, and a refined font palette — all while continuing to support the team through digital and print deliverables.
My Role
As OFEK's main creative point of contact, I’ve worked across digital and print channels, providing design and web support to keep their communications engaging and on-brand. I led email design and implementation in Hubspot, developed and maintained the website, conceptualized Meta and Google ad campaigns, and designed flyers and other print materials. I also managed the freelance developer and collaborated with an email/automation specialist when needed.
Visual Identity and Execution
I helped elevate OFEK’s visual identity by formalizing brand guidelines and expanding the original visual language with new icons, layouts, and patterns. One of my key contributions was ensuring consistency across all channels, especially as campaign needs evolved quickly. My favorite example is the 2023 “Early Bird” campaign — a full concept-to-execution project whose visuals the client continues to reuse.
Outcome
The app's success was due in part to its user-centric design process. The team conducted extensive research and user testing to ensure that the app met users' needs and preferences, resulting in a highly effective and user-friendly platform.
